Common Questions
Following your UAC application, you must submit a separate application via the Apply Now link on the UTS Elite Athletes and Performers Scheme page. You will need to prepare all information, statements, and supporting documents in advance, as you cannot save and resume your application later. Required documents include your UAC application number, a completed Training/Rehearsal Schedule and Personal Statement, a Supporting Statement from your sporting/performance coach or manager, and a Supporting Statement from the responsible person at your education institution.
Eligible applicants will receive 5 adjustments to their selection rank, which will be used to determine entry into UTS courses. However, if you are already receiving adjustments from inpUTS (Educational Access Scheme), you will not receive additional adjustments from the Elite Athletes and Performers Scheme.
Elite performers must also submit a portfolio of work or performance resume. This may include an insight into published work, examples of exhibited pieces, a resume of recent productions and performances, and details of current or ongoing projects.
Applications for the 2027 intake open on 27 July and close on 30 November 2026.
Yes. If you are a commencing or current student and an elite athlete or performer, UTS encourages you to consider applying for ActivateUTS's Elite Athlete Program or the Elite Performers Program, both of which are separate from the admissions entry scheme.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
