The Bachelor of Theology is offered on campus at both the Fremantle and Sydney locations, with commencement available in both Semester 1 and Semester 2 each year.
The program covers Church History, Moral Theology, Biblical Studies, Doctrinal or Systematic Theology, and Sacramental Theology and Liturgy, among other disciplines. Specific units across the three years include Faith and Culture: Fundamental Theology, Introduction to the Old and New Testament, Christology, Trinity, Liturgy, Fundamental Moral Theology, and more. Students also complete Core Curriculum units and have elective options in philosophy and/or theology.
Yes, students can immerse themselves in other cultures through study abroad, international exchange programs, study tours, and professional placements. There is also an option to undertake a pilgrimage embedded in the study of the philosophy and theology of pilgrimage (e.g., World Youth Day), and an option to undertake an elective in philosophy, theology, and the liberal arts contained within an international experience.
