This four-year degree offers a dynamic blend of theory and hands-on experience providing management knowledge, technical skills and the insights you'll need as an industry professional in an increasingly complex world. The third year consolidates theory and practice producing restaurant owners, business entrepreneurs, tourism specialists, hotel food and beverage managers, event coordinators and industry leaders of tomorrow.
