Domestic applicants need a Certificate IV or higher in a Hospitality, Tourism or Events related area, OR a Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) score of at least 140, OR satisfactory completion of SACE Year 12 or equivalent.
Domestic students pay Full Fee $43,546 per semester (FEE-HELP is available, and fees vary by units enrolled). International students pay AUD$54,455 in total across 6 semesters, around AUD$18,152 per year.
The degree is a 3-year, full-time blended program delivered at the purpose-built Regency International Centre at Regency Park, combining classroom learning with live case studies, industry projects and work placement opportunities.
Graduates are prepared to run their own tourism, hospitality or events business, contribute to or lead a small business, or progress into middle and senior management roles within larger organisations across the tourism, hospitality and events industries.
The degree comprises 16 core units — including Business Relationships, Finance for Decision Making, Global Business, Principles of Leadership and Management, Strategic Planning and Management, and a capstone Industry Project — plus 8 elective units chosen from areas such as Event Management, Global Tourism and International Marketing.
