This course prepares you for the Cambridge English: First (FCE) and Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) exams, covering all sections of both exams in detail and teaching you the verbal skills and test-taking strategies you will need to succeed.
The course runs for 10 weeks at 20 hours per week, with an average class size of 12 and a maximum of 15 students.
Student Visa holders must attend face-to-face classes at the Cairns Campus for 20 hours per week. Tourist and Working Holiday Visa holders have the flexibility to choose either face-to-face classes at the Cairns Campus, or a combination of daytime face-to-face classes and virtual classes in the evening — suitable for students who are working or visiting local attractions. This flexible timetable option is NOT available for Student Visa holders.
Yes, the school provides Study Clubs offering extra study opportunities, including Conversation club, Presentation club, IELTS speaking club, Song club, Games club, and Cambridge Exam club. Students can also access a variety of self-study materials through the YouSTUDY English Online resources, available both at the study centre and on students' own personal devices.
