This course prepares students for three Cambridge main suite examinations: Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET) at B1 level, Cambridge English: First (FCE) at B2 level, and Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) at C1 level.
Each level of the programme comprises 12-14 weeks of study, with the full programme running between 12 and 46 weeks in total across the three levels: Intermediate (PET), Upper-Intermediate (FCE), and Advanced (CAE).
Students will undertake a placement test covering four main language components (reading, listening, writing and speaking) to identify an appropriate course entry level for them. Alternatively, students can provide evidence of their IELTS score: 4.0 for PET, 5.0 for FCE, and 6.0 for CAE (or equivalent).
The course focuses on developing reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary skills. Specific objectives include developing speaking skills relevant to the Speaking Paper, writing skills for the Writing Paper (FCE and CAE), reading skills for the Reading and Writing Paper (PET), listening skills for the Listening Paper, and reading skills and knowledge of English for the Reading and Use of English paper (FCE and CAE).
Classes have a maximum size of 18 students and are conducted in various sessions from Monday to Thursday, with 20 hours of face-to-face classroom instruction per week. New intakes start every Monday.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
