Yes, this course is available to international students. It has a CRICOS code of 103678H and is delivered at Intech's Brisbane (QLD) and Sydney (NSW) campuses. International students can submit an International Application through the institute.
Intech Institute offers three study options: full-time on campus (Monday to Friday with face-to-face classes and practical workshops), VET in School for domestic high school students (delivered on school premises), and School-Based Apprenticeship or Traineeship (SAT) for students who want to complete the qualification while still enrolled in school.
Students attending full-time classes will receive handouts and learning materials relevant to each unit, safety boots, and an Intech t-shirt on induction day. On induction/orientation day, students will also receive an overview of each unit of competency, methods of assessment, a student handbook, training plan and schedule, internship details and journal, job placement logbooks, textbooks and study materials, and an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) overview.
Upon completion of this course, students can progress onto the next level of qualification within the college, such as the AUR30620 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or other relevant qualifications. Credits may also include units of competency contained within relevant skill sets and statements of attainment.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
