The tuition fee for the AUR30320 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology is $13,500. There is also a one-time non-refundable application fee of $350 and textbook and material fees of $1,200. International students are also required to have Overseas Student Health Cover, which costs approximately $550 per annum for a single student or $5,000 per annum for a family.
The course has a duration of 52 weeks, including term breaks.
On successful completion of this course the student would be awarded AUR30320 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology, which is a nationally recognised qualification. Students who do not complete all units and/or work placement may be eligible for a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of the AUR30320 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.
Yes, Aspen College offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL is a form of assessment that acknowledges skills and knowledge gained through formal/informal training conducted by industry or education, work experience, and life experience. Applicants who are able to provide satisfactory evidence that they have achieved the required unit of competency or competencies may progress through the course with an exemption for the RPL units. All applicants for RPL will be provided with a copy of the relevant unit of competency and evidence requirements for the units being applied for.
Applicants must have an IELTS score of 5.5 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of being educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, completing at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course in an Australian RTO, or successful completion of an English Placement Test. Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can also be accepted, provided results are equivalent to IELTS 5.5.
