Training is delivered through face-to-face classroom learning, practical demonstrations in a simulated barbershop, one-on-one trainer support, group activities and peer practice, and industry-related projects. Assessment methods include written knowledge questions and short answers, practical tasks in a simulated industry environment, projects, assignments and research tasks, presentation/role play/simulation, and portfolio activities.
