Common Questions
You may commence any Monday throughout the year. Students who do not start on a preferred start date will complete orientation and then commence class at the start of the next unit.
Students must pass a minimum of one of the following: an Intermediate Certificate or higher, a Certificate IV level or higher qualification in Australia, IELTS 5.0, or the Entrepreneur Education English Test. The English test must have been taken within two years before the application is made or within two years before the grant of the visa.
You may be eligible for Credit Transfers if you hold the same unit(s) from another provider. To be eligible, you must present your certified qualification at enrolment stage together with the completed 'Course Credit Form'. Once assessed, you will be notified of the outcome, and if your achieved units are equivalent, your CoE/course duration will be reduced according to the amount of time needed to complete the outstanding units.
Students will require continual access to their own laptop computer during class and outside of class to meet distance education requirements. Please note that students are required to purchase these items at their own expense.
The course is delivered Face-to-Face at the Gold Coast campus for 15 hours per week, with an additional 5 hours per week of Distance learning, totalling 20 hours per week. The course runs for 20 weeks, comprising 18 study weeks, 1 supervised study week, and 1 week of holidays.
