The Certificate III in Carpentry has a course duration of 94 weeks, including 24 weeks of holiday.
International students are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or an equivalent qualification recognised by Alliance College as equivalent to an IELTS 6.0 overall score.
After completing the Certificate III in Carpentry, students can progress to a CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction or a CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction, or higher education programs such as an Undergraduate or Associate Degree program in Building Design.
Graduates of the Certificate III in Carpentry may find employment in roles including, but not limited to, Carpenter (Commercial or Residential) or Formworker.
The course is delivered face-to-face (classroom and workshop) and through self-directed study, on campus at the Adelaide campus located at Level 2, 97 Pirie St Adelaide SA 5000. Intakes are available in January, April, July, and October.
