The total course duration is 52 weeks, which is calculated on 20 hours per week of face-to-face training for 44 weeks plus 8 weeks of allocated term break.
The tuition fee for the Certificate III in Carpentry is AUD $16,000.00, with an additional material fee of AUD $2,500.00.
There are no formal prerequisites required to enter the CPC30220 – Certificate III in Carpentry course. However, applicants must meet entry requirements including a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (or PTE score of 47), successful completion of an Australian Equivalent Year 12 qualification or higher, be aged 18 years or over, and complete an LLN and Digital Literacy test prior to signing the Letter of Offer.
Classes are delivered at Level 9, T1, 620 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, with workshop sessions conducted at 14/65 Mark Street, North Melbourne, VIC 3051.
Yes. Credit transfer is available for students with identified equivalence in content and learning outcomes between matched qualifications. The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway is also available for candidates who have previously attained skills and knowledge from outside the formal education and training system, including work and life experience. Students may apply for RPL or credit transfers for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency.
