The total course cost is $29,200, which includes a tuition fee of $28,000, a non-refundable application fee of $500, resources (textbooks) of $200, and a Student Kit (Uniform Kit) of $500. Additionally, Overseas Student Health Cover costs approximately $550 per annum for individuals or approximately $5,000 per annum for families.
The program is delivered over a period of 92 weeks, comprising 70 teaching weeks at 20 hours per week and 22 weeks of holidays.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, have completed Year 12 (HSC or equivalent), achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, and hold an internationally recognized exam result in line with Department of Home Affairs regulations.
Students who exit this qualification may choose to progress with further studies by undertaking the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) or a range of other qualifications in the same field at Certificate IV level.
Yes, students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through professional work experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. All claims for RPL and Credit Transfer should be made upon enrolment and must be received by the Administration within two (2) weeks of the commencement of the course.
