Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

The Certificate III in Commercial Cookery apprenticeship enables you to learn fundamental skills and knowledge through campus-based training combined with on-the-job experience, whereas the standard (Free TAFE) course is delivered on campus and focuses on becoming job-ready including restaurant cookery, knife skills and food safety practices.
