Upon successful completion of this course, students will be issued the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) qualification. If a student does not complete the full qualification but has successfully achieved units, a Statement of Attainment will be issued upon request, indicating the units completed.
The tuition fee for the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is $13,250 for offshore (international) students and $11,000 for onshore students. There is also a materials fee of $375 per term and an enrolment fee of $250.
