The total fees for the SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery are $10,400, broken down as follows: Tuition Fee of $10,000, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $300, and a Study Material Fee of $1,000 per year.
The course is delivered face-to-face over 52 weeks, comprising 36 weeks of classroom-based training and assessment plus 16 weeks of school break. Students study 20 hours of face-to-face per week. Training delivery includes role play/observation in class, group activities, written examinations in class under trainers' supervision, case studies/scenarios, research assignments, and workplace assessments.
Signature Training College offers four intake terms throughout the year: January, April, July, and October.
After completing SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, education pathways may include SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, SIT40616 Certificate IV in Catering Operations, and SIT40716 Certificate IV in Patisserie.
Applicants are required to provide an IELTS certificate showing a score of 6 or above (or equivalent), as well as undertake and successfully complete Signature Training College's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment. Students must also be able to satisfactorily participate in a pre-enrolment interview.
