The course duration is 52 weeks (including holidays). Tuition Fees are $15,000 and the Application Fee is $350.
Intakes are in January, April, July & October (monthly intake available for onshore students). The course is offered at West Footscray, Melbourne CBD, Hobart CBD, and Brisbane CBD.
Students must have an IELTS score of 6 (or equivalent) or satisfactory completion of CAC entry test, or a completion of an ELICOS program.
Students will need to complete a total of 192 hours of work placement. Links with hospitality sectors will be developed and placements will be sourced in the local and surrounding areas, to allow students to complete work placement in a real work setting.
Further training pathways from this qualification may include: SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, SIT40621 Certificate IV in Catering Operations, and SIT40721 Certificate IV in Patisserie.
