The total course amount is $9,500.00 AUD, which includes an Application fee of $250.00, Tuition fee of $8,800.00, and a Resource fee of $450.00. There is also a Commitment fee of $500.00, which is adjusted/credited back to the student's final term's instalment of the course.
The course has a total duration of 52 weeks, comprising 40 academic weeks and 12 weeks of study breaks. Classes are scheduled 2 days per week (mandatory), with an additional 1 day per week of academic support on Fridays, and 20 academic contact hours per week.
Yes, to achieve this qualification, the individual must have completed a total of at least 160 hours of work in a regulated children's education and care service in Australia. The total number of hours may be applied collectively across all units of competency that include the requirement for workplace hours.
Students must complete KIC's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) test with at least a score equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.0, IELTS General 6.0, PTE Academic 47, TOEFL iBT 67, C1 Advanced 161, OET 1210, CELPIP General 7, LANGUAGECERT Academic 61, or MET 53 as the overall test result.
