Common Questions
160 hours of work placement in a regulated children's education and care service in Australia is required as part of assessment. Student work placement will be organised by the College, though you may suggest a provider, but it must be approved by the college and meet the course's training, assessment, and safety standards.
Before commencing work placement, learners are required to provide: a Federal Police Check (name check) no more than 6 months old, a Working with Children Check, a National child safety training completion certificate, and evidence of up-to-date vaccination as required.
This course is currently being offered at a promotional price of $2,999 for domestic and other temporary visa students. Instalment payment plans are also available.
After achieving the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, students may continue their studies in the CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Yes, you can apply for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) if you have relevant prior learning including working experience or prior study, or apply for Credit Transfer for units already completed at other RTOs. The College recognises AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by other registered training organisations. Evidence and documentation will be required.
