Common Questions
Yes, there is a mandatory work placement requirement of 160 hours. Signature Training College has signed agreements in place with providers in a regulated children's education and care service.
The total fees are $9,600, which includes a Tuition Fee of $8,300, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $300, and a Study Material Fee of $1,000 per year.
After completing the CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, education pathways may include the CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services, CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, and CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support.
The course is delivered face-to-face over 52 weeks, consisting of 36 weeks of classroom-based training and assessment and 16 weeks of school break, at 20 hours of face-to-face study per week. Assessment methods include Role Play/Observation in Class, Group Activities, Written Examination in class under trainers' supervision, Case studies/Scenarios, Research Assignments, and Workplace Assessments.
You must provide an IELTS certificate showing a score of 6 or above (or equivalent), and also undertake and successfully complete Signature Training College's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment.
