The total course fee is $35,500, comprising a Tuition Fee of $30,000 AUD and a Non-Tuition Fee of $5,500 AUD.
Theory classes are held face-to-face at Level 5, 123 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, while practical learning takes place at the Institute's industrial environment, the Technical Electronics Centre, located at 17 David St, Brunswick, Victoria 3056.
TEDI will provide access to equipment including, but not limited to, a soldering iron, soldering wire, multimeter, cable stripper, screwdriver kit, and tongs. These are placed in the practical lab for students to use during practical learning.
Successful completion of the Certificate III in Electronics and Communications may enable students to apply for the UEE41520 Certificate IV in Video and Audio Systems.
International students require a minimum IELTS (General) score of 6.0 for direct entry, or 5.5 combined with at least 10 weeks of ELICOS, or 5.0 combined with at least 20 weeks of ELICOS. Equivalent scores from other accepted tests include TOEFL iBT 67, PTE Academic 47, Cambridge C1 Advanced 161, and CELPIP General overall band score of 7, among others. Results older than two years are not acceptable.
