Common Questions
Yes, Chisholm offers payment plans for on-campus students through a partnership with Debit Success. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Note that an administration (establishment) fee of $15, a billing fee of 4.7%, and a late payment fee of $14.95 apply. Payment plans are not available for enrolments eligible for VET Student Loans or FEE-HELP loan assistance.
If you withdraw within 28 days of your first commencement in the course for the year and submit a withdrawal/refund application to Chisholm, your Debit Success debt will be adjusted accordingly, though you remain liable for costs associated with establishing and maintaining the debt up to your withdrawal date. If you withdraw after the 28-day period, you are fully liable for the Debit Success debt regardless of whether you continue in the course.
A late payment fee of $14.95 applies where the payment amount is not received. Debit Success will contact you directly in the event of a payment default, and after three consecutive defaults, Debit Success will initiate debt collection action. Chisholm also has the right to suspend your enrolment and restrict access to goods and services until the default is rectified.
No. Chisholm will withhold any certification or result statements until the course has been paid in full.
If the student is under 18 when applying for the payment plan, a guarantor form must be completed and the Debit Success contract must be counter-signed by a parent or guardian. Additionally, if the bank account or credit card details used are not those of the student, the account owner must complete and sign a Direct Debit Authority form.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
