To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old, no longer be attending school, be living or working in New South Wales, and be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder, or New Zealand citizen. Applicants must also complete an LLN assessment and enrolment interview, have completed Australian Year 11 or equivalent, and have computer literacy to access materials and complete assessments.
