All our courses are employability orientated (it means you can get job at completion). Depend on which course your study, for instance if you study Diploma of Community Services you can work as “case manager’, probably social worker. Please check ANTS website under individual course and its career outcome tab/section. After the completion of your course, you will be eligible for post study visa which will allow you live, study and work in Australia temporarily. Yes, you can study certificate III individual support (Ageing). The course will enable you to build basic knowledge and skills that you need to work in the Aged care industry.
