Both domestic and international students attending full-time on campus are required to maintain a compulsory 75% attendance. International students must meet this requirement under student visa conditions. Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Information Technology, students can progress onto the Certificate IV in Information Technology or other relevant qualifications offered at the college. Credits may also include units of competency contained within relevant skill sets and statements of attainment. Additionally, this qualification may provide a pathway into university in the program Bachelor of Information Technology.
Students are encouraged to seek industry work placement to gain the maximum benefit from the course. This is an opportunity to apply and practice the skills acquired in a formal work environment and improve capabilities. InTech may assist in securing industry work placements, with conditions applying.
Yes, InTech offers RPL for existing workers currently employed in the industry. RPL is a process of having your knowledge, work experience and skills formally assessed for the purpose of gaining a nationally recognised and accredited qualification. To successfully achieve an RPL, you must demonstrate your skills towards each unit of competency in the qualification and show work currency. Evidence required includes a portfolio, prior qualifications, employment history, visual evidence, work samples, references, and potentially practical or written/verbal testing. InTech will provide initial feedback on the RPL at no cost to determine your success rate and any skills gaps.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
