Common Questions
The total course fees are $25,000, which includes a tuition fee of $22,000, a material fee of $2,500, and an application fee of $500.
The course runs for 52 weeks in total, comprising 48 weeks of delivery and 4 weeks of holidays. Students are required to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
Students must complete 29 units of competency in total — 26 core units and 3 elective units — over a total volume of learning of 1,220 hours, which includes 552 hours of learning, 408 hours of assessment, and 260 hours of independent study.
After successfully achieving this qualification, candidates may undertake CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction or CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
All assessments are conducted according to the assessment guidelines and competency standards of the official Training Package for this qualification. Assessment methods include practical demonstrations, projects, and knowledge tests.
