Fees vary depending on eligibility. The total fees for the 12-month course are: Subsidised $4,527 (approximately $2,263 per semester), Concession $3,292 (approximately $1,646 per semester), and Full Fee $9,794 (approximately $4,897 per semester). You may also be eligible for government subsidised training.
Yes, there are additional costs of approximately $600 for 2 chef uniforms, a patisserie tool kit, and a name badge.
Full time classes are Monday to Friday in the Patisserie kitchen from 8.00am to 3.00pm or 2.00 to 7.00pm.
Award Course applications are made online through SATAC and are free. Applicants can make one application for up to three course preferences by clicking an 'Apply Now' button. Note that you must be an Australian Resident to apply; international students should visit International Courses.
Yes, an information session is scheduled at Regency Campus (meet in foyer at Regency International Centre) on Tuesday 19th of May 2026 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. You can register to attend via the course page.
