You will develop skills in surface preparation (cleaning, leveling, and applying base coats), plaster application techniques, preparing and mixing plaster materials to achieve correct consistency and strength, applying textured and decorative finishes, reading construction plans and work specifications, and following workplace safety procedures on construction sites.
