Learners may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training through RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) or Credit Transfer. The granting of course credit may affect course fees as well as the duration of the course. Applications for both RPL and credit transfer must be made prior to the commencement of the course, and there is a fee for each process.
