Queensford College provides a variety of support services including Academic Support (assistance with course content, assessments, and study skills), Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital Skills (LLND) Support offered based on needs identified during or before enrolment, Financial Support available to eligible students subject to assessment, and Personal and Wellbeing Support to help with non-academic challenges that may affect learning.
Queensford College has three campuses: Brisbane Campus at Level 2, 359 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000; Adelaide Campus at Level 2, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000; and Parramatta Campus at Level 4, 16–18 Wentworth Street, Parramatta, NSW, 2150.
Support services are made available to all students enrolled at Queensford College. Students are made aware of support services during orientation and via pre-enrolment information including documents and information published on the Queensford College website. If you are not happy with the services provided or a decision made by Queensford College, or would just like to provide feedback, you can submit a complaint. Prior to completing the complaint form, students should read through the Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure available on the Queensford College website.
Students have access to a range of emergency and wellbeing contacts including Triple Zero (000) for emergencies, Lifeline (13 11 14) for 24-hour crisis counselling, Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636) for mental health support, Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800) for those aged 5–25, Headspace (1800 650 890) for young people aged 12–25, and 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) for support relating to domestic, family or sexual violence.
