The CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support comprises 18 units packaged as 15 core units PLUS 3 elective units.
The course is delivered over 40 weeks plus 12 weeks of holidays.
Completing placement is compulsory for this course. Students are required to complete 120 hours of unpaid placement. Before commencing placement, students must have successfully completed a Federal Police Check and the Working with Children Check (Blue Card application). Depending on the placement organisation, students may also be required to undertake influenza and additional vaccinations, with any additional fees at the student's own cost.
The fees are as follows: Tuition Fee: $9,500; Materials Fee: $200; Enrolment Fee: $300. Term payment plans are available.
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements: IELTS 5.0, Completion of CCEB Upper-Intermediate level, or B2 Level of CEFR – Common European Framework.
