Common Questions
For eligible domestic students, the Participant Course Fee (Subsidised) is $499.00 AUD, with a Concession Fee of $265.00 AUD available. The Incidental Fee is NIL. This course can be subsidised through the Government of South Australia's Subsidised training — you can check your eligibility on the Skills SA website.
Students are required to have a personal computer capable of being connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, a personal email address, a mobile phone, Microsoft Office suite of programs, a microphone and camera compatible with or inclusive within the personal computer, home internet access with good speed for video conference calls, and Teams software installed.
Upon completion of the Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis, graduates have a direct entry pathway into the AUR50216 Diploma of Automotive Technology.
Students are assessed through a combination of Testing, Projects, and Observations throughout the course.
