General Requirements

Domestic Students:

It is recommended that you are at least 18 years old and have completed year 11.
A strong interest in the building and construction industry is essential.
Prospective students should understand that successful completion of this course may lead to employment opportunities that require outdoor work, work at heights, or underground work and may involve physical labour.
Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview.
