For eligible students in VIC, the tuition fee is $0 under Victorian and Commonwealth Government Skills First Funding. An application fee of $500 applies. For Fee for Service (FFS) students, the tuition fee is $9,000.
The Certificate IV in Building and Construction is delivered full-time over 48 weeks with monthly intakes available.
The course is delivered in a Blended mode, combining Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom learning, on a full-time basis.
Learners who successfully complete this qualification may pathway into further study options including, but not limited to, the Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), Advanced Diploma of Building Design, or any other relevant qualification.
Yes, RPL is available. Learners can demonstrate competency through formal, non-formal, and informal learning. Learners are encouraged to apply for RPL prior to or immediately after formal enrolment but prior to the facilitated delivery of units. ICV also recognises AQF Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any other Registered Training Organisation through Credit Transfer.
