Upon completion, you may be eligible for roles such as Builder, Construction Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand, among others. Employment outcomes may vary depending on your experience, chosen electives, and local licensing requirements.
International students are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or an equivalent English language qualification.
The course duration is 52 weeks, including 12 weeks of holiday. Intake dates are available in January, April, July, and October.
Students may progress to CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) and/or CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).
Students require a personal computer capable of being connected to the internet using a Wi-Fi connection, a personal email address, a mobile phone, the Microsoft Office suite of programs (provided by the college), a microphone and camera compatible or inclusive within their personal computer, home access to the internet with good speed to be able to do conference video calls, Teams software installed, and a Full Carpentry uniform (included in material fee).
