The tuition fee for the Certificate IV in Business (Administration) BSB40120 is AU$6,000 for six months. Additional fees include a Course Application Fee of AU$200.00, an Accommodation Placement Fee of AU$200.00 (if required), and an Airport Pick-up Fee of AU$200.00 (if required). International students must also obtain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their study.
To attain BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Administration), students are required to complete 12 units comprising 6 core and 6 elective units, as per the BSB – Business Services Training Package packaging rules. Students may apply for exemption for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency in line with Pacific College of Technology's current RPL Policies.
International students enrolled in this qualification are required to attend a minimum of 20 hours per week of scheduled contact hours. This comprises 16 hours of classroom-based face-to-face delivery per week and 4 hours of compulsory e-learning administered via the MyPCT portal per week.
Pacific College of Technology has a four-term academic year with four intake dates in 2026: First Term (Autumn) starting 2nd February, Second Term (Winter) starting 20th April, Third Term (Spring) starting 13th July, and Fourth Term (Summer) starting 28th September.
After completing the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Administration), students can pathway from BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration) or progress to a range of other Business Services Training Packages, such as the Diploma of Business (Operations) BSB50120 or the Advanced Diploma of Business BSB60120 offered at Pacific College of Technology.
