After completing the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Leadership), students may articulate into further study of the Diploma of Business offered by any RTO or they may have opportunities to continue their studies in Bachelor Degree programs offered by any Australian Higher Education providers.
The BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Leadership) program is offered in association with Collins Institute of Australia RTO 45161 CRICOS 03603D through a classroom-based environment with 20 hours face to face delivery. Assessment methods include demonstration, questioning/tests/examinations, role play, case study, written reports and projects, and in-class presentations.
This qualification is suited to those who wish to work as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
