There are no pre-requisite requirements for this course. Preferred pathways include completing a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification, or having vocational experience assisting in a range of environments providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams without a formal qualification.
The Certificate IV in Business has a duration of 26 weeks, delivered face to face and online with 20 contact hours per week.
After achieving this qualification, candidates may undertake a range of Diploma level qualifications within the BSB Training Package or other Training Packages.
The skills gained from a business program are likely to include financial management, marketing, sales and customer service, communication and negotiation, project management and planning, delegation and time management, problem solving, networking, decision making, logical thinking, and operating organisations.
