The program is delivered over 52 weeks in total, which includes 46 weeks of study and 6 weeks of holiday breaks. Students attend 20 hours of face-to-face or online training and assessment per week, typically divided into two full days and one half-day of classes.
Applicants should have a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification and/or vocational experience in providing administrative or operational support. Students must also complete a Determining Suitability Assessment (DSA) and a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test. For direct entry without additional support, a minimum score of 85%–90% in the DSA is required. A minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) is also required; students who do not meet this threshold will be recommended to undertake an ELICOS course.
Participants are advised of assessment requirements at the beginning of each unit. Assessment usually commences in the session following delivery and may include theory, projects, and practical assessments. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency or a further training need is identified and addressed. Formative assessment is also provided throughout the course in terms of practice tasks, which are separate to the summative assessment process that concludes each unit of competency.
Upon successful completion, students may undertake further training in the Business field, including the Diploma of Leadership and Management or the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Employment pathways include roles such as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator, Junior Personal Assistant, and Data Entry Operator, among others.
Yes, Della International College offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Course Credit to students through the enrolment process. The college also recognises qualifications issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Students who are unsure whether either of these options applies to them are advised to consult with the Compliance Manager for further information.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
