The course runs for 52 weeks in total, which includes 44 study weeks and 8 weeks of holidays.
Applicants must have demonstrated an IELTS level of at least 5.5 or equivalent, and test results must be no more than 2 years old.
Graduates can pursue roles including Senior Glazier, Glazing Supervisor, Glazing Team Leader, Estimator, Project Manager in Glass & Glazing, domestic or commercial glazier, glass cutter, glass edge worker/processor, and various positions in architectural glass work.
It is highly recommended that students have successfully completed 'CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry' prior to commencing this course, as this unit of competency is a prerequisite to most of the units contained within the qualification.
