There are two off-the-job training options available: Weekly training – one day per week over 24 months, or Block training – blocks of 2 or 4 weeks per year (6 weeks per year over 2 years).
The Certificate III in Hairdressing apprenticeship involves 2 years of study over your 3-year apprenticeship contract.
The indicative non-concession fees are: Year 1A – $1,371.70 (Tuition $715.00 + Resource $656.70); Year 1B – $1,105.15 (Tuition $650.00 + Resource $455.15); Year 2A – $1,028.65 (Tuition $585.00 + Resource $443.65); Year 2B – $1,245.75 (Tuition $617.50 + Resource $628.25). Concession fees are available for students aged 15–17 or those holding a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. Fortnightly payment options are available on request.
The training program is funded by the WA Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD).
