The total duration of the course is 52 weeks, which comprises 40 weeks of study period and 12 weeks of term break, delivered 100% face-to-face at the Training Masters campus in Sydney.
Students must demonstrate English proficiency through Academic IELTS 6 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band (test results no more than 2 years old), or an equivalent score in other accepted tests such as PTE and TOEFL, or completion of an approved Australian English Language course at an equivalent level.
Graduates may be eligible for roles including Administration Officer, Executive Personal Assistant, Human Resources Clerk, Human Resources Officer, Office Administrator, Project Assistant, and Recruitment Officer, across a variety of industries in both the public and private sector.
The course consists of 12 units in total — 6 core units and 6 elective units — delivered across 4 terms with scheduled term breaks, at a study load of 20 hours per week.
On completion of this qualification, candidates may choose to undertake the Diploma of Human Resources Management or other Diploma qualifications from the BSB Training Package or any other training package to further enhance their career opportunities in their chosen field.
