Common Questions
The course fee is $4,000.00 for domestic students (full-time) and $10,000.00 for international students, which includes PPE, training and assessment resources but excludes OSHC, visa fees, and accommodation. RPL students and Skillset/Micro Course students should contact Intech directly for a quote. A payment plan is also available if you have difficulty paying the full fee upfront, allowing you to pay per semester or in monthly instalments.
Where relevant, students may choose to specialise in one of the following areas: database development, database maintenance, gaming development, networking, programming, systems administration support, or web development. Please see training packaging rules on achieving a specialisation.
Both domestic and international students attending full-time on-campus study are required to attend face-to-face classes Monday to Friday, with a compulsory 75% attendance requirement. International students must maintain this attendance under student visa conditions. InTech operates on a 10-week term with 4 terms per year, and all classes are scheduled for 20 hours per week.
Yes, Intech offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for students with existing ICT knowledge and work experience. To successfully achieve an RPL, you must demonstrate your skills towards each unit of competency in the qualification and show work currency to ensure it aligns with current industry standards. Evidence required includes a portfolio of evidence, prior qualifications, employment history, visual evidence, work samples, references, and potentially practical or written/verbal testing. InTech will provide initial feedback on your RPL at no cost to determine your success rate and any skills gaps.
Upon successful completion, students can progress onto the next level of qualification within the college, including the Diploma of Information Technology or other relevant qualifications. Credits may also include units of competency contained within relevant skill sets and statements of attainment. Additionally, this qualification may provide a pathway into university in the Bachelor of Information Technology program.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful โ never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
