To attain the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking), the packaging rules require students to complete 20 units comprising seven (7) core units and thirteen (13) elective units.
The tuition fee for the Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) is AU$12,000 per year. Additional fees include a Course Application Fee of AU$200.00, an Accommodation Placement Fee of AU$200.00, and an Airport Pick-up Fee of AU$200.00.
International students enrolled in this qualification are required to attend a minimum of 20 hours per week of scheduled contact hours, comprising 16 hours of classroom-based face-to-face delivery per week and 4 hours of compulsory e-learning segment administered via the MyPCT portal per week.
Yes, students may apply for exemption for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency in line with Pacific College of Technology's current RPL Policies. Please refer to the RPL policy and procedure as documented in the Student Handbook.
After completing the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking), students can progress to the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking) or a range of other ICT Diploma qualifications.
