Common Questions
Upon successful completion of the 33 units of competency in this course, students will be issued the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
If a student does not complete the full qualification but has successfully completed some units, a Statement of Attainment will be issued upon request by the student, indicating the units completed.
The course fee is $20,000 for offshore students and $16,500 for onshore students, with a materials fee of $375 per term and an enrolment fee of $250.
Students who successfully complete this course may progress onto other courses such as the Diploma of Hospitality Management or the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops, or to run a small business in these sectors, across industries including catering, hospitality and foodservice, accommodation, event management, corporate dining, and research and development.
