The tuition fee for the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management is $16,000 AUD, with an additional material/placement fee of $2,000 AUD, for onshore students at the Parramatta and Perth campuses.
Yes, it is mandatory to complete work placement to be eligible for attainment of the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management qualification. Where applicable, learners will undertake supervised work placement, during which their performance and skill application will be monitored and assessed according to workplace standards.
Students will need to successfully complete all 33 units in this course to receive the certificate of SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management. Learners who partially complete the qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units they are deemed competent.
After completing SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, students may progress to SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Yes. Lead College recognises qualifications issued by other RTOs and will accept and mutually recognise the qualifications and Statements of Attainment awarded by any other registered training organisation. Credit Transfer is available for subjects or units where equivalence can be established. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for skills and knowledge gained through work and life experience and other unrecognised training. During the entry process and interview stage, Lead College will discuss the process and options for RPL.
