The course duration is 86 weeks, delivered through blended learning with 20 hours per week of face-to-face contact at campus.
Unit SITHCCC043 requires 48 service shifts to be undertaken in an operational commercial kitchen, with a minimum of 5 hours per shift.
For onshore students, the course fee is $14,250, and for offshore students it is $18,000. There is also a non-refundable enrolment fee of $500 and a material fee of $1,200 (non-refundable once the course has commenced). Please note fees have the potential to change, so check with the Stellar College team for the latest information.
Stellar College gathers evidence from a variety of sources using a range of methods including, but not limited to, Written Questions, Case Studies, Role Plays, Reports, and Project Portfolio, as well as work placement shifts in an operational commercial kitchen.
