Common Questions
International students need to be at least 18 years of age, have an IELTS (or equivalent) overall band of 5.5 (with no band lower than 5), and have successfully completed a year 12 certificate or higher.
The course is delivered through a combination of IT-enabled learning, face to face classes, practical sessions in a commercial kitchen, and work-based training.
