The total fees for the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management are: Tuition Fee – $20,000; Enrolment Fee – $300.00 (non-refundable); and Material Fees – 10% of the Tuition Fee. A payment plan is available consisting of 12 instalments of $1,500.00 followed by a final payment of $500.00.
The SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management can be completed over a maximum period of 78 weeks. This includes 60 weeks for the scheduled face-to-face training and assessment program, plus 18 weeks allocated for programmed recreational breaks.
English Proficiency is required for International applicants: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. All students will also be required to sit for an Internal English Test to validate current levels. Applicants identified with lower (than 6.0) English Proficiency levels will be required to enrol in a specialist English Language provider to upgrade their English prior to entry into a vocational course.
To be awarded the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, students must successfully complete all assessments. If fewer than 33 UOC are completed, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for the units achieved. Additionally, all financial payments must be completed before any certification is issued.
Upon achieving the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, candidates will be eligible to pursue further qualifications such as the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management, SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, and/or BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
