After achieving this qualification, candidates may choose to study BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or other Diploma qualifications.
The course is delivered 67% face-to-face and 33% online. Online learning is delivered via the Moodle eLearning platform and includes both synchronous (live online lecture and support sessions) and asynchronous (pre-recorded lectures, presentations, discussion forums) components.
Upon successful completion of this qualification, graduates can pursue roles such as Coordinator (Business Operations), Warehouse Team Leader, Distribution Centre Supervisor, Supervisor, Line Manager, Leading Hand, Production Supervisor, Sales Team Manager, Team Leader, Frontline Sales Manager, and Freight Administrative Supervisor.
